Welcome to Lian Construction. By browsing this website, requesting quotes, or scheduling local site measurements, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Estimates and Quotes
All initial estimates and write-ups completed after home measurements are 100% free of charge and carry absolutely zero obligation. Labor and material splits calculations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date listed on the document.
2. Scheduling and Commencement
Actual site work dates, structural deliveries, skip placements, and waste disposal timelines will be agreed upon clearly in writing with the homeowner prior to any groundwork launch. Any scheduling delays beyond our control (such as delayed council building control inspectors) will be updated transparently.
3. Payment Conditions
We compile clear step payment programs linked to project targets (e.g. 1st fix sign-off, plaster completion). Payments are conducted cleanly via Bank Transfer under custom schedules mapped on your quote.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in compliance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in London.
